We are currently looking for a new addition to our team that acts as a Lois ambassador and communicates similar values as us to communicate to our customers in store. Our ideal candidate shares a passion for delivering a high level of customer service by creating and maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A high energy and positive attitude 
  • The desire to grow with us and create a relationship with team members 
  • An ability to take on responsibilities and work independently 
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Great communication and organization
  • Drive to exceed targets and KPI’s 
  • Knowledge of fashion market and trends
  • Ambition to run multiple stores in near future

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing a premium customer service level by communicating in depth product knowledge to advise clients on models and fits
  • Managing the Lois Galeria sales team
  • Responsible for staff management including scheduling and performance feedback
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships and able to personalize future opportunities with clients
  • Maintaining perfect store visual and organization standards
  • Taking on store opening and closing procedures
  • Communicating personal customer orders and alterations to manager and team
