Easy returns

To return your purchase, please follow the steps below.

Place the item or items with all original tags attached back in the reusable packaging if possible and make sure to close it securely.

Request your return via the "Request Return" button below.

You will be transferred to our return portal.

Follow the instructions in the return portal to complete the final steps. Items may be returned in their original state within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please note that the costs of returns and exchanges are at your own expense.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

Returns must be sent with Bring or Posten, or handed in at our store. PostNord and Helthjem are not accepted.

Non-EU countries
Customers outside the EU who would like to return their order can follow the steps below. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.

Contact our Customer Service team (loisjeanstore@loisjeans.com) to request the required customs information for your return. We will provide you with the information needed to complete your customs invoice.
Print the invoice three times and pack your return in the original package. Place one invoice inside the box, attach one to the outside, and give the third to the shipping carrier.
Attach your return label over the original shipping label. If no label is available through our return portal, you can create one with your preferred shipping carrier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Drop off your return at your preferred drop-off point.

Refund
Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be made to the original payment method.
