Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Please follow the return instructions for your country below.

🇳🇱, 🇧🇪, 🇮🇹, 🇩🇪, 🇫🇷 & Other EU countries
You can register your return through our online return portal.

  • NL €4.50
  • BE €5.50
  • IT €6.50
  • DE €5.00
  • FR €7.00

For other EU countries, you can return your package through our return portal for a €20 return fee.

Returns must be sent with Bring or Posten, or handed in at our store. PostNord and Helthjem are not accepted.

Non-EU countries
Customers outside the EU who would like to return their order can follow the steps below. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team (loisjeanstore@loisjeans.com) to request the required customs information for your return. We will provide you with the information needed to complete your customs invoice.
  2. Print the invoice three times and pack your return in the original package. Place one invoice inside the box, attach one to the outside, and give the third to the shipping carrier.
  3. Attach your return label over the original shipping label. If no label is available through our return portal, you can create one with your preferred shipping carrier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. Drop off your return at your preferred drop-off point.

Refund
Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be made to the original payment method.
